3. Courses and access

Self-paced courses include lifetime access to instructional content; live workshops include access for 12 months to recordings. We may update or replace materials to improve quality.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
• Refunds: 14 days for self-paced courses if under 20% completion; 48 hours before start for live workshops.
• Coupons may have restrictions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, course videos, text, and materials are owned by PatientRise Atelier or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, share, or resell course content except as permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

• No harassment, spam, or unlawful content.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt services.
• Respect others in critiques and community spaces.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is” without guarantees of specific artistic outcomes. Your progress depends on practice and personal effort.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatientRise Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
